We were not given these physical bodies without also being given the natural ways to heal and to cure them. Simply look outside, those natural ways are growing everywhere on this earth. This earth too can heal us. We are organic bodies that deserve the best activation for our minds, bodies, and spirits. 

Clean Foods, Clean Skin Care  & Safe Household Products

Why do these matter to our health? Quite simply because we, as humans, are 100% organic creatures. We are made from wholly organic materials. Our bodies are empowered and able to live their healthiest when we give them the healthiest building blocks.

Our Mission: to feed ourselves the purest foods, use the safest skin care, and use the least toxic cleaning products.

Where do you even start? What does that look like?

  •   It’s using peppermint oil on your head instead of reaching for an NSAID for a headache.

  •   It’s drinking more water and then possibly senna tea if constipated.

  •   It’s drinking kombucha after being exposed to someone with a stomach virus.

  •   It’s using natural cold remedies instead of over the counter cold medication. (My favorite is an unfiltered apple cider vinegar tea.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Health on the inside shows itself as health on the outside: clear, glowing skin, healthy nails.

Health is also apparent on the inside by how you feel. If you are not feeling your best, and maybe have not been feeling your best for a while, you may actually just need some tweaks to your food choices, to address your gut health, or to look to your oxidative stress. 

...your GUT! The bacteria (and your gut itself) radically impact your physical and emotional state. Attending to your gut health with probiotics and prebiotics is holistic care.

 

Probiotics are the good bacteria, the flora that live in your digestive tract and are responsible for digesting your food. These bacteria even cause cravings for certain types of food. If you have the good bacteria, you crave healthy foods. Too much bad bacteria and the cravings are for unhealthy foods. 

Prebiotics are the food for the probiotics - what the flora in your gut eat. We all                                  need fuel!

 

 

Basically, it is cellular rusting. It's free radical damage that cannot be avoided by any of us, but it can increase dramatically from poor lifestyle choices and it can also be reduced materially through activating the pathways in our bodies.
