These are all possible and can be achieved so much faster through coaching. My approach to wellness and growth is personally-tailored and holistic. Together, we figure out where you want to grow and work together to keep you on track.

When you work with me, I assist you in creating a plan that works for you. Through our scheduled meetings you will receive education on healthier choices, encouragement to make these new choices a habit, you will receive support and inspiration to continue to make your own health a priority.

 

Understanding the why - behind your choices, your thoughts, and your actions - makes changing and leading your present much easier. As a coach, I will assist and guide your plan to empowering you, your decisions, and your choices to reach your goals.

Private Coaching Sessions

Lasting 4-8 weeks with ability to renew or extend week to week. I’m confident in this time we can identify and work through a number of lifestyle modifications, resulting in a fresh approach for your personal goals, whether they are health, exercise or life goals.

•Why do I recommend at least a 4-week commitment? Because part of being your coach is about getting to know you- what moves you and what doesn’t move you. That’s not discoverable in one week or even in two weeks.

•Give yourself the time you deserve so that you have the best chance of success. I’m your partner throughout your journey. I hold your hand, keep you accountable, and push you with love and support, to make the lasting changes indeed be lasting changes. So that your health and ultimately all of you is the winner in this endeavor.

•Appointments are via zoom/facetime/phone

• Included in each package are unlimited emails and texts and one 60 min phone call per week.

As Needed Chcck-ins

  • Sometimes we just need a once-in-a-while check in with someone, who knows what's going on. These sessions are available when you feel you just need a little tweak to your metaphorical golf swing, a conversation to make sure you are thinking through new circumstances according to new habits created through prior coaching sessions with me. 

  • These sessions are done on an as needed basis. Just contact me and we can set appointments that work for you.
